Why does the FJ-09 have what appears to be throttle cables if it has "ride by wire"? My Tiger 800 XRx had ride by wire and no throttle cables. I'm puzzled.

I think the throttle cables move an electronic gizmo and that electronic gizmo moves the throttle plates.
