indyfjrider Posted March 22, 2015 Share Posted March 22, 2015 While cleaning my FJ seats today, I noticed that the 4 rubber pads that position the seat on the frame are different thicknesses. The passenger seat rubber pads are 1 to 2 mm shorter than the front seat. I was able to swap them without issue. I didn't really notice much difference when straddling the bike but it might be enough for someone else. I think someone mentioned in another thread that he shaved the rubber pads down a little.
