It's a crazy price for the backrest. Big picture to me it's not that crazy as I plan to get one eventually if the sargent seat isn't sufficient for the wife. If the wife is comfy, that means more time can be spent on the bike having fun which makes the $350 more than a bargain.
If they do raise it any, it wasn't noticeable to me. Feels like the same position as stock.
I did notice that they do really reduce the vibration that makes it to your feet.
Installed FZ6 pegs front and rear.
Front were a straight swap, just had to cut the left side rivet to get the peg off, and rears needed some trimming to allow them to fully extend.
Nothing too serious to do, but definitely a nice upgrade.
