After seeing how difficult it is to drill stainless steel pipe, I'm going to find a local welder with SS experience to do the full mod. Thanks again to everyone in this thread for an awesome mod.

Hi All, Just curious if you guys think it would be possible to use a hole saw to create an opening between the exhaust pipe and the third chamber? Basically sticking a long 1.5" hole saw bit inside the exhaust should bite and drill through at the first bend in the pipe, this would eliminate the need to cut open an access panel and weld it back. I will be buying a '17 FZ-09 soon and really want to do this mod but have zero welding experience or equipment. To me, it seems like this might work but wanted to run it by people that have much more experience in case it is a dumb idea and I will break things. I can post a picture if I'm not making any sense.
