    Hi that looks great I have the Matt blue GT and would consider doing the same if not to expensive would you mind sharing what kind of cost to have this work done?

    You asked about the axle nut fit.  TBH, that was something that had me a little concerned at first because the locking 'fins' (not sure what the correct term is) of the nut just seem to engage on the thread of the end of the axle - see my photos below.

    Having said that, they do engage and I have had no issues.  The wheel has been off for a new tyre and I've adjusted the chain on more than one occassion in the time that I've had them.

    I to was a little concerned about the axle nut not fully on the axle so I cut 2mm of the back of the nut just for my piece of mind.

    Thank you this is very helpful I was looking at the above because I already have lower protection and wanted to protect the top but did not think the triangular panels may be a problem I was only thinking about the mounting points. Thanks again.

    Yes I was following this model waiting for it to come to US.  

    Iam in the UK down on the south coast in Dorset, my GT was first registered in April 2018 I have not received my recall letter as yet.
