    This.  The convenience of doing it running and in gear are far outweighed by the potential downsides IMO.  I've got two hands, it's not hard to use one of them to spin the rear wheel.

I bought a Roadcrafter jacket a while back to see what all the fuss is about, and I really tried to like it, but ended up returning it.  I could overlook the fact that it looked like it had been sewn by a middle schooler for her home economics midterm, but man, the 80s called and they want their armor back.  It felt like it had four pieces of 1x4 in the sleeves. Sticking with my Belstaff.  YMMV.
