Traitor!
We don't have a need to know.
Someone may be jealous...
🤣 🤣 Funny!! I’m sure there will be things I miss with the FJ.. once the weather breaks I’ll figure it out

A helpful tip for air filter maintenance. Replace the 11 mounting screws in the air box lid with hex head screws, I think I used 10mm, that way you can use your 10mm socket on a cordless drill attachment and have the job done in no time. 👍🏻
Very good idea.. it’s still apart and will take your advice

Managed to crack the oil pan without riding it or having the bike fall over... Wow.
What happened? that's not good at all

Saw that article from Apple.. I normally upgrade very year so I'm not as concerned but if I was going to keep my phone for a while I'd def look for something like what you've pointed out.

Not sure but I ordered from chromeburner, they seem to have a decent inventory (not sure if you checked here already)

I went with Rizoma touring pegs and added the rubber insert.. definitely lower vibration but quite expensive but looks solid (IMO)

I was looking at this lighting kit since the stock givi light is marginal at best.. any updates in terms of performance a year or so later?
-
Congrats on the sweet purchase!

Has anyone tried this lighting kit from admore? Contemplating purchasing since it adds considerably more lighting functionality to the givi (plus the fact that the stock brake light built into the case works sporadically)

Nice looking seat.. looking forward to your review after a few miles

Bagster..
Considerably more comfortable, no noticeable slope diff but it seems a touch lower in height. Also several others found the Bagster not as comfortable due to their individual weight.. perhaps another metric to pull into your poll.

That’s unfortunate .: agree with Butz I probably wouldn’t ride until it’s fixed. Def time for a new torque wrench as well! Good luck it shouldn’t be too bad to replace.

What? The skid plate was damaged in shipping???
Not a good sign for its usefulness under the oil pan! WTF?
I’ve had very good experience with RevZilla.. OP should contact customer service I’m sure they would have taken care of it

I've not really noticed excessive noise.. perhaps my helmet filters much of that away but ultimately it's a motorcycle and some noise, when I want a silent ride I jump in my Lexus 🤣

Congrats be sure to post some pics up!

Took no more than 30 seconds with a large drill bit

Installed Rizoma touring foot pegs.. they were on back order for more than two months, by the way any thoughts on if these are correct or on backwards? They mount fine in other direction (no L or R indicator anywhere) but I feel like the wider part of the pegs should be in the back in the smaller in the front, looks more aerodynamic this way but welcome any input

I have a 2022 r1250rs and have yet to take it on any long trips so I can’t comment but hope to take a few trip as the weather in NY warms up.
