Guest lawrenceofsuburbia
This bright sunny late-autumn day I rode one of my favourite 310km circuits through the hills and lakes on Brisbane’s northern outskirts – [em]pic below[/em] is of part of Somerset Lake, one of the major water storage reservoirs serving Brisbane and the south-east. I was out for about five hours, with an early brief stop for fuel and then another to take some pix, with a longer twenty-minute or so coffee-break between these two. I was on the bike on the final leg home for a whisker under two hours, and really that was quite enough on that torture-device of a seat! After some 1650km from new I’d have thought the seat would maybe have broken-in a bit now, but it seems not to be. Can’t wait for the Seat Concepts kit to arrive!
