arcboy Posted June 17, 2018 Share Posted June 17, 2018 My brand new left over 2016 FJ with 600 miles and has a squeak at idle similar to a belt on a car until it warms up it seems to go away. I don’t know how to attach a video otherwise I would. Definitely sounds like it’s coming from the top end. The next one is what seems like a pretty harsh vibration under hard acceleration. Obviously there will be vibrations especially from a chain drive. I’ve loosened the chain as recommended and that did not change the vibration. I don’t notice any vibration until hard acceleration.
