It's my third set of Dunlop Roadsmart 3. Mileage: around 12500km, price: 255€ for set, grip is very good in dry or wet.

A new pair of RS3's

56.000km. At the rear is Wilbers 640 with hydraulic preload. Oil in forks is thicker than oem. I don't know what grade it is, because the installation of the springs and rebuild was done in the shop specialized for motorcycle suspension. I trust them🙂

I allready have Wilbers fork springs with appropriate spring rate for my weight. Rebuild was done because guide bushes had a little too much play.

Fork rebuild. New oil, oil seals, dust seals and guide bushes.

Personally i wouldn't use 400 grit sandpaper, but 1500 or 2000 grit and contact cleaner instead.

I avoided spraying on seat and grips. Elsewhere I sprayed and wiped off with microfiber cloth. It's completly dry now.

Preparing for winter.

Yesterday I washed it and today I spayed everything, except tires and brakes, with silicone spray.
