Hi Keithu,
As you say, about the only print magazine left.
Popular Cycling
Cycle
Motorcyclist (online only)
Sport Bike
Cycle World (quarterly)
Rider
I subscribed to these publications over the years, most gone....
Rider magazine is the only one I currently purchase.
When Motorcyclist and CW went quarterly, I lost interest due to the content.
I only read the British magazines infrequently. ( When I happen to be in a Barnes and Nobles book store in a big city). Of course, contributing to their demise, since I don't purchase....

Hi,
August Magazine.....
I pestered EPG Media in early August and was told the August issue would be sent. I emailed again about a week ago and was assured they would be sending soon. I also received the electronic September issue.....
Just happy they are still in business.

Hi,
Got a set of Bridgestone T31's ordered August 3 from RMADV. Received the tires 3 days later.
RMADV filed the rebate for me.
Received the Debit card rebate yesterday.
Kudos to RMADV and Bridgestone!
Oh, build date for the tires 2120! 😁

Mounted BridgestoneT31's today.
Got 9,000 miles out of the Dunlop RS3's.
Did it manually using Motion Pro tools.
After mounting the RS3's last summer, I decided to never manually mount tires again.. I forgot...
Took a while but got it done.
The key is LUBE, LUBE, LUBE. Go to a local tire store and get some. Generally they will give you some....

Haha, 48 here.....it doesn't change....
I remind her, now and then, she was a poor judge of character.😁
But, she puts up with me.. so I am happy...

Ah, new chain, sprockets, and tires..
A great combination....
It was 92 degrees here today. The last 75 miles was warm.
Southern Indiana isn't like N GA. At least in GA you get into the mountains where it's cooler....
You know, there's a temperature where speed doesn't cool much... haha... but I keep trying....

Hi, just finished a 245 mile ride am ready to mount the Bridgestone T31's.
Did get 9000 out of the Dunlop RS3's.
They did okay. The RS3 profile seems rounder than the T31's. I like "pointy" profile tires, so hoping the Bridgestones are da bomb......

Hi, 15, 16,000 miles, stock suspension, R3's. 180# nekkid...
Based on the rear tire pattern, I need to stiffen/harden/slow the rebound on the rear shock. (Dave Miss videos)
I'm one click out from "closed". Still have some scalloping.
Anyone have the same experience?

I haven't seen many rebates this summer, Bridgestone had their $60 per set rebate in March/April.
The everyday normal price on Bridgestone T31 is $240 a set on RMATV. Great tire with lots of grip.
Hi,
Did you mount the T31's yourself?
I used to have a tire machine and mounted many.
I moved and sold the equipment. I now mount with spoons and grunt work...
The R3's were difficult due to stiff sidewalls.

Nah, I miss-typed........🙄
Anybody found sport-touring tires for outstanding (low) prices this summer?
Seems Dunlop R3's are scarce. RMADV doesn't list them.
And only a few rebates.
Any recommendations?

Glad to hear you are doing well.
I am from Woodstock GA and love the N GA Mountains.
Now reside in S. Indiana that the wife can be close to the kids/grandkids....
RR is a favorite road.
And GA dirt is slick when damp....☹️
66 this month. Yep, time marches on......

Indeed they are. I’ll write up a detailed evaluation after I get a few more miles on them, but my initial impressions are favorable. The steering behavior is very different from the Michelins I’ve been running, as the profile of the front seems to be much more round on the Dunlop... it’s different. Not necessarily better or worse, just different.
Hi, yep, interested in your thoughts.
7000 miles on a current set of RS3....

Hi,
Just gave the bike a bath.
1475 glorious miles in KY, VA, NC, and TN. Asphalt cornering bliss.....
T31's grip is great, tipping into corners with confidence.
But, I need to fix the ZZZZZZZZZing clutch vibration and snatchy throttle.
Anybody got a clutch tool for sale or rent?
