b12ty Posted September 29, 2015 Share Posted September 29, 2015 Purchased a radiator guard after a friend's FJ-09 got punctured by a rock. Ordered this $56 chinese one off ebay. link to guard on ebay. Install is simple: Attaches to the 2 existing bolts on top, and zip ties at the bottom center. ( I used 2 ties through the one mount for extra durability )Foam strips behind. Fit: There is a 1/8" gap at sides, but should be more than adequate to stop any debris from hitting my radiator. Looks good too, with the FJ-09 logo at bottom. I'm more than happy with it for the money. You can see it in the second pic. I used 2, one on top of the other. It just loops around the center lower radiator mount.
