Right now I plan to ride October 22 or 28. I expect this will be a lot more tour than sport given how straight even the back roads look. I'm just putting together a couple of places I'd like to see. Y'all are welcome to join. Start at the coffee place on Main Street south of Beale. I'm coming from home, so it will probably be almost 9. Ride through Shelby Forest. See the Mississippi at a few points. Cross the river on the Dorena Hickman ferry. See the confluence of the Ohio and Mississippi Rivers in Cairo, IL. Stop at the museum in New Madrid and the earthquake historical marker. Head home. Should be home after dinner but not crazy late. Anyone want to come? Middle of the weeks a little tough sometimes so just let me know which day you choose and I'll see if I can break free. I'm close to Jackson, TN if you ever ride this way.
