yamahafjrider
The front axle takes a 14 mm alan wrench. I wanted something to take with me. This is what I came up with. On a recent trip to the H---Depot. It fits better than my 14 mm alan socket. With this and a 14 mm wrench or socket you can remove the front axle. http://i1251.photobucket.com/albums/hh551/yamahafjrider/Mobile%20Uploads/2016-05/20160509_172955.jpg Hope this helps someone. wpgfj09
Another option is to cut off the hex end of a spark plug socket. Either 3/8 or 1/2 drive and you can use the according ratchet/breaker bar.
crempel
I went all extravagant and bought a 14mm Allen socket at Autozone for $5. But I'm a big spender like that. Seems to work.
