78rd420 Posted November 3, 2018 Share Posted November 3, 2018 So got some new dunlops took wheels off thought i was carefull when taking off and on but when installed and tried to ride bike was in limp mode??When stopped runs and revs fine but in gear and ride just wont respond at all turn of tcs works fine,so i look at tcs nothing broke or kinked is there a code or reset after wheels has come off??Thanks Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Supporting Member texscottyd Posted November 3, 2018 Supporting Member Share Posted November 3, 2018 @78rd420 - Did you remove the wheel speed sensors from the bike before you pulled the wheels? I assume you did, which makes me think you may not have gotten them completely re-seated in the mounting holes. There have been several reports of people having them slightly askew, which leads to various ABS and TCS errors. Before you dig deeper, I would unbolt them and make sure they’re fully seated, then tighten everything up & see if you still have a problem.
