oat4321 Posted March 20, 2015 Share Posted March 20, 2015 Hey everyone, I've been riding for about 5 years now. I had a zx6-r for my first bike and then got a gsxr 750 last year. Which is way more uncomfortable that the kawi. I'm hooked on the FJ, I wanted the FZ last year but all the worries on the suspension stopped me. Just introducing myself and wondering if anyone else has made the swap from super sport to sport touring. I want a more comfortable ride but I don't think i'm ready to give up nimbleness and speed with a cruiser. Input?? Thanks. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
pacificnwsteven Posted March 20, 2015 Share Posted March 20, 2015 I made the switch from an 06 ZX-6R, I loved my Kawi but it was just too uncomfortable for any kind of distance riding (for me at least I commute about 40 miles a day and also like to take the occasional road trip). So far I have put about 400 miles on the FJ-09 and couldn't be happier, motor is powerful enough to keep me happy and the riding position is exactly what I was looking for.
