  1. Just received a seat from Terry, he is a pleasure to work with. I don't have a ride report yet, I don't get to ride that often, but when I do, 300 to 350 miles for a day ride or 900 - 1000 mile for a 3 day weekend is what we shoot for
  2. Took a look at the specifications on this, per add online ad Two terminal, 12 volt (Max amp draw 6) produces 130 decibels @ 4" Does anybody know the DB and amp draw of the stock horn? thanks,
  3. You know, when I took the pictures, I don't remember if it was raised or lowered, but I have been ridding with it in the raised position.
  4. Finely pulled the trigger and orders the Parabellum windscreen. Talks with the folks on the phone and they were very helpful. I explain I wanted completely out of the buffering and gave them my height. 6'0". They suggested their 26" model, I also opted for the smoked flyscreen. It has a nice discount if purchased along with the touring screen. I have installed the fly screen and ridden in 45 degree weather with it. it does have some turbulence, maybe not quite as bad as stock, but a good bit louder than the clean air of ridding with no screen. Rode about 90 minutes at 45F before it started to warm up, wearing lined jacket and pants, but nothing heated, for me doable. Last Sunday, rode 45 minutes at about 38F before it started warning up, still doable, but at the end of a 300 mile ride, high got to about 50F, was thinking the touring windshield might have been in a good choice,. I'll post some pictures of the 26 inch shield when I install it later. So, for the flyscreen, I like the way it looks, air hits helmet in the area if the chin guard. I have to stand up a good foot to be completely in clean air. if I slump down just a little bit, on the cool ride, I can keep most of the air off the neck area.
