Looks great. Clear is nice. Let us know how it performs. Did a little three hour ride this morning and I like it. The turbulent wind hits me at about my collar bones, nothing but smooth air around my helmet. Felt good at 90mph and feels great at lower speeds, plenty of airflow. I liked the clear too but unfortunately I was cleaning the bug guts off of it when I got home and grabbed a rag full of metal swarf and proceeded to scratch the piss out of it. Good old black Plasti Dip to the rescue. Not the look I wanted but it's only temporary anyway, the stock screen will go back on when it cools off and I'll likely actually spend some money on an aftermarket shorty for next spring. Or make another one...

Made my fat shorty windscreen. Followed the stock screens lower profile just made it two inches wider and much shorter. Made two mistakes. First, I thought the adjuster was in the lowest position when I marked to drill the holes, it was in the highest. So the screen is slightly lower than I anticipated. Secondly, the first pattern was nice and symmetrical but the hand guards hit, I wasn't as careful marking it the second time so when I cropped the corners I got it very slightly off. Just enough to bug the crap out of me. I've got enough to do it again but I'm going to ride it like this for a while to see if I want to make any changes to it.
