  1. I put an Adventure Rack from SW Motech on my '19. It fit perfectly and holds the Givi trunk from my previous bike. Bought it several weeks ago (on sale!) and have logged several hundred miles with it thus far. I am very happy with it and can share a couple of observations about it if you plan to ride with a passenger: There is not much extra space between the rear of the passenger seat and the rack (it keeps whatever payload you carry from hanging off the back of the bike - less wheelie potential!). There are two options for where the plate mounts to the tubing and I used the one that is furthest back since I do ride with my wife occasionally. She is slim and has enough room but others may find that the rack places a trunk a little too close for optimum comfort. If I had a nitpick, I would advise SW Motech to give a smidge more room back there, maybe another centimeter or two. The tubing on the rack (which replaces the OEM grab rails) also does not leave much extra room for the passenger's hips if riding 2-up. Again, my wife is slim and fits okay for 2-3hr rides but for really long days on the bike the rack's grab rails put too much unwanted pressure on my wife's hips. Another 2-3 centimeters between the two rails would be better. We're actually looking to add a seat pad to elevate her a little to clear the grab rails (looking at an Airhawk). I think there are photos on the forum showing the rack, and you can kind of see how it's situated in my avatar photo. If you'd like to see more, just let know and I can post a couple. Cheers!
  2. Hey, rikphred, were you ever able to get your Datadim question resolved? I'm a new Tracer owner and looking to add Denali lights, too. Thanks.
  3. It's near Pierce Point out at Point Reyes. Very pretty place with a couple herds of elk hanging around to boot.
  4. Those guys (and others) may be pretty knowledgeable but it would be preferable to hear from someone who has actually successfully installed it on one of these bikes. Denali (& TT) says DataDim *may* not work on vehicles with LED headlights.
  5. Hi all, new[ish] Tracer GT owner here (3k miles so far). Been occasionally lurking on the forum before and after buying the bike in December 2019. I've taken a few nice 200mi+ day rides on the bike so far as the weather improves here in the Bay Area (shhhh...don't tell the COVID19 police!). After 9yrs on a 2007 FJR I am really digging this new ride! Doesn't have the grunt of the ol' feejer but the light weight of the Tracer is awesome and it does go when asked. 🙂 This triple motor is a seriously sweet powerplant and is right on par with the one in my old Triumph (one of the things I loved about my SprintST). I'm not a big mods guy, but I did add a radiator guard (not sure what Yammie was thinking when they released the bike without one). I also recently added a SW Motech Adventure rack to hold my trusty Givi trunk. Other than that, the only other thing I plan to do near term is add more lighting. The Tracer headlight is pretty weak compared to the FJR (that thing had really good headlights). Have done lots of searching/reading and decided I would like to have a setup with some sort of low/high power capability. Denali calls theirs "DataDim" but it is not clear if the control switch works with the Tracer GT's LED headlight circuitry. I'm not sure if I would trust the seller's (Twisted Throttle, Revzilla, etc.) opinion on this question. Anyone here successfully deployed the Denali DataDim feature on their FJ or Tracer? Thanks, and looking forward to getting to know a few of you guys and gals.
