Garz747
Pardon my rant but in anticipation of the glaciers melting after 5 months of severe cold and winter snow/ice I stopped at my local Yammie dealer for a couple OEM filters. Out of curiousity I checked a US site and saw a price of $10.34 . My "dealer" charged me $41.38 canuck dollars for 2 filters plus our 13%tax for a total of $46.76! We pay more than double here! Im sick of it! Btw I was given a 10% coutesy discount lol. Edited March 8, 2022 by Garz747 additional text
Torbeach
Yikes that seems expensive. Why didn't you order the oil change kit off the Yamaha Canada website? 3 Litres of oil, oil filter, crush washer and cardboard funnel for $61 regular oil or $77 full synthetic plus tax. It says free shipping on orders over $49.
Supporting Member piotrek Posted March 8, 2022 Supporting Member Share Posted March 8, 2022 (edited) These things can be had for CAD $20 (outside the dealer network), and aftermarket HifloFiltro for half that.
