Hardware for Puig Touring screen-has anyone made their own?

I saw a Puig Touring screen for sale cheap locally and it does not come with the mounting kit. I called Puig and they said they only sell windscreens not parts for it. I asked about Puig EU and got the same answer.

From reading here there is a mounting kit and a hand guard relocating kit.

Has anyone fabricated one on their own? 

Even better does anyone have the kit for sale or swap for FJ parts?

I've had great luck with the big Puig screens. Despite being a huge Madstad fan the Puig was better than my Madstad on my Versys 1000

Pretty sure mine was a direct bolt-on replacement for the original. That's on a 2020 GT.

I forgot to mention that it is a '17 FJ09.

I finally figured this out. I'm going to cut notches on the "wrong" shield so the handguards will totally clear. I made a cardboard template and started trimming until I got it right. I'll do my cutting tomorrow.

Nope, no way to cut the shield with all the waves curves running vertically. I'm just going to purchase the right shield for the bike.

Purchased the right screen for the FJ09. Selling the wrong one on Facebook and eBay.
