"irregularities were discovered in certification applications for models from Toyota, Mazda, Honda Motor, Suzuki Motor, and Yamaha Motor. As a result, it ordered Toyota, Mazda, and Yamaha to halt shipments of certain vehicles"

I haven't clear found documentation of which Yamaha vehicle yet, but I think YZF-R1 (interesting since - isn't it skipping homologation now?)
