YamaGeezer
Curious if anyone is using EatSleepRide? I saw it on another forum and downloaded it. It looks like a good way to share ride routes, etc.
Supporting Member texscottyd Posted March 21, 2017 Supporting Member Share Posted March 21, 2017 I've been using EatSleepRide for about a year, and really like it for route tracking. I believe there is a social component for sharing route suggestions, but I haven't bothered with any of that yet. The route traces seem spot-on, and I like being able to play back to any point in the ride and see location, speed, etc... The lean angle seems like a bit of a gimmick, and I'm highly suspect of its accuracy, but I carry my phone in my jacket's breast pocket, so it might be more accurate if it's mounted solidly on the bike. Overall, not bad for a free app
josh
I use Greatest Road App on my iphone to find good roads, the only problem I see with it is that those hidden gems will be well known and might add more traffic and police presence.
