Last minute decision to take a long ride out to Baker, CA and Kelso train station on Saturday. Did a figure 8 taking a different route back which made the ride long. A total of 450 miles and 7 1/2 hrs in the saddle. 15 up to Baker, long empty desert roads through Kelso to the 40 and back on the 58 to the 14. This is my longest ride yet and surprisingly, I felt pretty good when I got back.
