sdwillie
Dont like the stock seat and I found a local guy who turns seats around very quick. After the first round i tried it but it was too much like stock. I was still pitched forward. Then I asked him to scoop it out and 2 days later he did just that. Haven't gotten to test it out since round 2 bit here are a few pics. 2016 FJ09
sdwillie
With the recent work on the seat he has made it much better and you really sit IN in the seat rather than ON it. It is still a bit high in height so I think I will ask him to lower it. After that it should be time to put the cover on and ride it. 2016 FJ09
aeg
If you sit IN the seat how do you move your butt side to side?
sdwillie
If you sit IN the seat how do you move your butt side to side? Was that a joke? Lol. It just kinda cradles you from front to back is the best way to put it. You can move side to side. Some people prefer to be able to slide back and forth so its not for all. 2016 FJ09
sdwillie
Finally picked up the seat today and it looks really nice. Does it look as nice as my Seth Laam seat I had on my FJR? No. However I got this much faster, it cost less money, the guy was local and attentive. Its very comfortable and being able to bring it back to him to have him shape it a few times really helped. Gonna give a good test on this tomorrow. 2016 FJ09
sdwillie
...man, that looks comfy... I shouldn't look... picking up my Sargent tomorrow.Ha its all good. I wish I could have found someone local who had a Sargent seat so I could have tested it but oh well. To me this seat looks very much like stock save for the carbon fiber cover and wideness. 2016 FJ09
