I used a piece of ABS plastic. A heat gun helped to shape it. I'm not sure what Kydex is. It's a plastic that is easy to mold with a little heat. Usually used to make holsters for guns and knives.

When I bought mine last week, the guy in service said its a TSB and if it starts making noise, I should then take it in.

How did you remove it? Any advice? The sticker? I let the bike sit in the sun all day (102 degrees) and then slowly peeled it off. Used lighter fluid to clean off the leftover sticky stuff. Keep in mind my bike was in a dealers showroom, out of the weather, for only a week and a half before I got it last Thursday.

I was comparing distance from the bar to the tank. I'll take a better look this evening.

Just the way it look. Appears slightly more forward on the left side but now I'm thinking it might be because of the crown on the roads I drive on. I'll try to get a pic.

I just read this is common and not normal. Anyone else have slightly crooked handlebars?

I removed that silly sticker that was in the tank and contemplated disabling the LED "eyebrows". I think it'll look much better without them.
