Here's how the OEM stock vs OEM touring matches up.

I may be in the same boat. Just bought the yamaha screen. I'm 5'11" and it feels like it hits me square in the forehead. Haven't had a chance to take it out on the highway so I'm saving reservations until then but I might also be returning or selling on here to someone if they fit a different criteria and wanted to try it. It isn't a horrible looking shield either...looks decent on the bike but I believe the MRA screen on the stock ended up being functionally better.

Would someone mind posting a picture of the helmet lock cable? I want to go back to my dealer and get one.

I don't even think I obtained a helmet lock cable with mine! I'm going to have to check in on that.

Let us know! Today I borrowed an MRA attachment that my friend had on his CTX 1300. It seems to work quite well. I'd love something that's more streamlined with the bike though.

Known issue on the FJRs. It happens often on fz09s as well. Is the gear shift inductor sensor acting up. I believe it's about a 50 dollar part.

New GT owner in the states here as of yesterday! A new screen is on my top list of accessories. Has anyone tried the OEM touring screen? I had one on my FJR and it was leaps and bounds better than stock, I think it was made by national cycle to boot. A GT sub section would be beneficial.
