Premium Member johan Posted June 13, 2015 Premium Member Share Posted June 13, 2015 Does anyone use a Bagster tank bag, and if so, which one? I bought a Bagster Stunt; very nicely made and well designed, but a little too bulky for me.
Premium Member wessie Posted June 13, 2015 Premium Member Share Posted June 13, 2015 I use an Alpha - I have a beaten up black one which I bought in 1996 to use with the TDM850. I have also acquired a used red one, which will eventually replace the black one when it finally falls apart. The Alpha works well with the universal harness and is not too big when the zip is done up. It would be too bulky if expanded to the full size. Map pocket is okay for phones or even a map. Handy zipper pocket for sunglasses, peage tickets etc. This signature is left blank as the poster writes enough pretentious bollocks as it is. I'll go for a ride with the Stunt tomorrow.
Premium Member wessie Posted June 13, 2015 Premium Member Share Posted June 13, 2015 If I'd known you were interested in a Baglux I would have loaned you the spare Alpha to decide if the size was okay. Bit late now as we will be in France this time next week... This signature is left blank as the poster writes enough pretentious bollocks as it is. scuff
I've got the newsign Johan. It's not too big and doesn't interfere with my riding. But it's big enough to for my camera, some water and other essentials like my wallet and GPS.
tarsolace
anyone using the SW Motech micro bag? I'd like something that's small and easy to take on and off. Can't tell if the micro is going to consume too much room. Here's a link, looks like it attaches well to the fuel tank access hatch http://www.revzilla.com/motorcycle/sw-motech-quick-lock-evo-micro-non-electric-tank-bag --stan
