rear brake

The front brakes when applied alone, apply the rear brake, and are monitored by the sensors/system to provide rear brakes every time you use the front ones alone.
I like the ABS and traction control, but I am pretty sure that the brakes are not linked on the FJ-09. This was discussed recently in another thread.

Wow, guess I must have read the wrong data. No linked system on the FJ09.

So, why's my rear brake looking so used v/s the FZ? (I don't use it much at all, if ever, and usually only at stop lights when I'm sitting there, and want to maintain the brake light on, but give my right hand a rest, or get blood flowing back into my cold hands.

Perhaps it's dragging? I know it's dang spongy feeling.
