Cure for the stock mirrors

Recommended Posts

I took the bar end mirrors from my FZ-07 before I traded to the FJ-09. The mirrors are the CRG Arrow brand and the bar end adapters are from Rhinomoto and they screw directly into the internal thread in the FJ-09 handlebar. They are expensive but they are the highest quality aftermarket mirrors I have found. They never go out of adjustment and no vibration whatsoever.

The handguards do have to be removed however.

I would like to see them as well... do they work with FZ-09 bar ends?

EDIT: Disregard I see the kind of bar ends you posted.. look good, but you are right, kinda pricey...

I too run CRG's on the FJ, a vestige from my past bike. Yes, you do need to look down slightly to view but I've gotten so used to it that I only ran with the "stock" height mirrors for a few weeks before switching. I think you could run CRG's with the stock hand guards ( using the cylinder at the very end of the bar ) but I also run the KTM guards ( again, from old bike ) which seem to provide better wind protection. I'll look around for a picture as the bike is currently "in storage" and unavailable for a photo-op.
