It checked a lot of boxes 450lb+/-, 100+ horse, torquey, comfortable, & had a 200+ mile range. Not a lot of bikes out there except the FJ09 and the Tiger 1050 which is discontinued, that can do that. kingfisher Posted March 23, 2016 Share Posted March 23, 2016 I had a 919,liked it a lot. The FJ 09 seems faster, and with better midrange torque, especially in A mode. I like the ABS too. bucktownbilly Posted March 23, 2016 Share Posted March 23, 2016 I liked my 919 too but seem like different bikes. The 09 is a beast with power and a taller seating position.
