17a
I want to get a Tail Bag for my FJ-09. The one I am leaning towards is the "SW-Motech Tarpaulin Drybag Tail Bag". It holds 70 Liters and measures 27" Lengthwise. Do you think that would be a good fit for the rear passenger seat fitted sideways or should I go with the Medium size one 40 liters and 21" wide? See picture in link below. https://fortnine.ca/en/sw-motech-tarpaulin-drybag-tail-bag
philbee
Hi New Member, it sounds like your also Canadian. I purchased the First Gear 25 liter Dry Duffel Bag from FortNine. The top opens up completely for good access, has a roll top and 4 straps built into the bag that tie it perfectly to the handrails on the FJ-09. The bag sits in-line with the bike, not across the seat. Might be worth a look, eh?

Bet you don't know that one eh......it's near Barry's Bay / Algonquin Park. I ended up ordering the SW-Motech bag this afternoon from Fortnine. If I don't like it I will send it back, but from all the reviews I've read on it sounds excellent. I think the main factor will be size. I ordered the large one @ 60 liters and 27" wide so I hope it fits across my seat and isn't to large.
