Dampner, not dampener. Try sliding your forks up in the triple clamps 2-3mm first. This will put more weight on the front end and possibly stabilizing it. Worked when I was road racing a motard. That dirt bike fender would catch air and lighten the front end making it flighty and head shake over hills.

That's still too wet. :)
