I tried Wessie's stock on Sunday. I'm 6'7" (2 meters) and the tall screen was really noisey and turbulent. The stock is a bit of a challenge to enjoy yourself at 90mph plus for any sustained period, lots of buffeting and tiring on the neck muscles... The hunt will continue!

These are on back order from Japan at the moment, expected to be shipped from the manaufacturer on 1st April. I am guessing they will take a while longer to find their way to Edinburgh... annoying!

Looking good, although your tape measure appears to be broken. It looks like there are 16 millimeters for each centimetre...

I have the same ones, fitted them yesterday. On the faster Race Blu the whole mirror assembly/stem is black, so the extensions don't look out of place. Like Steve I set the extender away from me and they work a treat, for the price they are a very good buy and took about 10 minutes to fit.

Maybe I am a little Celtic, but I quite like it! Keeps the back end neat and makes the bike look even more batman. I would be a little worried with the indicators that low in traffic though.

Oh gosh, I can see the bank manager calling me in and I will have to tell him it's Magpie's fault I have also ordered the mirror extenders. It's interesting they make a bike with quite long legs but don't think that the rider will be more than 12 inches wide...

They look good Wessie. I will measure the mirrors tonight if nobody beats me to it, then get a pair ordered.

You're only 6'4"? Sheesh. I remember being that short once I have only done 20 miles since picking the bike up this morning, too windy out for it to be nice. At 6'7" I found the OEM touring screen a bit noisy (helmet) when fully up, better in the lower position. Too early to tell properly yet, watch this space...

I too ordered the OEM touring after taking a test ride on a bike with one fitted. It's not the prettiest thing in the world, but then I am verging on giant, so function over fashion wins every time for me. Pick it up on Monday, can't wait!

Anyway, does anyone know of an equivalent in the UK please? Mirror extenders are top of my shopping list and these look ideal. Either that or I will order 10 sets and flog them on at massive profits
