Supporting Member betoney Posted May 17 Supporting Member Share Posted May 17 We have some very schizophrenic weather here in the PNW and a window of opportunity presented itself, a few days of sunny weather near 80F is all the incentive I needed. Last minute planning and I was off for 2 days to Omak, Wa. This a favorite ride of mine and I try to take it every year, sometimes I will make it a 3-day ride and continue on Highway 20 along the Canadian Border which goes to the Idaho Border. I swap bikes every other ride and it was the VFR's turn this time. Day 1 was over Stevens Pass, through Leavenworth, Lake Chelan and Loup Loup Pass. https://maps.app.goo.gl/7Up1M9AS26Eisx4C6 Day 2 Was over Disautel Pass, Grand Coulee, Blewett Pass, Yakima Canyon and White Pass https://maps.app.goo.gl/PudLvvxEJAKwyq939 I didn't take as many photos as I could or should have but here a few from along the way. 2 5 1 ***2015 Candy Red FJ-09***

Supporting Member dazzler24 Posted May 17 Supporting Member Share Posted May 17 Great photos as usual. I think you might have missed your calling as a photographer. 👍

I worked on the flight deck with the camera systems on F-14's as well as intelligence, investigative documentation and public affairs. Now its just documenting scenery while on road trips. 1 ***2015 Candy Red FJ-09***

The day before was cool with showers, then 2 days of fantastic weather followed by cold and windy with showers... I watch the forecast throughout every day and this was truly a "seize the moment" last minute decision for a road trip. Fortunately the bikes are always gassed up and ready to go, I just needed to pack a change of clothes and check the tire pressure. ***2015 Candy Red FJ-09***

There you go. You definitely have an eye for capturing a scene IMHO. 🙂
