Premium Member Henchman Posted February 20, 2017 Author Premium Member Share Posted February 20, 2017 Where is this at? +1 for music choice. This is a little 2 mile section of Northern California's Pacific Coast Highway 1 - about halfway between Jenner and Fort Ross. Everything between Jenner and Stewarts Point is pretty awesome - some of my favorite asphalt with amazing scenery and vistas, elevation changes, twists, turns, sweepers and wide open straights. Premium Member Henchman Posted February 23, 2017 Author Premium Member Share Posted February 23, 2017 Ever done the leg from Fort Bragg up to Leggit? That's my favorite section on the north coast Why yes, I certainly have. It was a decade ago and on my Buell S3, but day one of my trip to Vancouver, WA was from Novato to Crescent City up Hwy 1/101. Memorable. 8-)
koth442
That is a nice section of 101 as well. I did Fort Bragg leggit in 2010 right after a repave and its still some of the best road I've ever ridden. I rode it again in 15, not nearly as good now. The pavement is showing its age rapidly unfortunately. '15 FJ09
