badkernel
Hello all Just came back from my summer trip (5200 KM) and noticed that throttle does not snap back all the way (ca 1-2mm to go back all the way). I opened the throttle and looked inside to confirm that all wires are in place and where the should be, which they were. Did some cleaning and sprayed some wd40 inside to see if it helped and unfortunately it did not. Really annoyed with this as bike was issue free all this time since I bought it new in 2016. Anything else that I can check before I take the bike to the shop? Thanks
norcal616
probably stretched the cables a bit... have you adjusted the cables using the adjustment nut bout 5inches from the throttle housing??? I wouldn't worry about the throttle tube not going all the way to a dead stop in the housing as long as the rpms are still normal at idle... 2012 wr250f - C-class 30+ age group 2015 fz-07- Hordpower Edition-80whp 2015 fj-09- Graves Exhaust w/Woolich tune by 2WDW @120whp
