Anyone have Rox 2" Pivot Risers?

I'm looking for the measurement between the round pivot piece and the bottom of the bar clamp.  Is there 1/2" of space or more?

 

With the stock bar clamp caps turned around so there's more room to get to the key, I was wondering if the Rox risers could be fitted fully forward and down to get the bars forward and lower.  I tend to like a slightly more aggressive riding position and it looked like I might be able to use these risers to lower the bar a little.
