Niken wheel rotation

Anyone know if the left and right wheels can be rotated? E.g. When mounting new tires can both the left wheel and tire be rotated to the right and vice versa? Or are the front wheels specific to left /right configuration only? Also are the wheels unidirectional?

My old 98 BMW M3 wheels/tires were both different sized front vs rear and were unidirectional. So no traditional wheel/tire  rotation was possible.

Most (all??) motorcycle tires are directional, if you look at the side wall there is a directional arrow.

The wheels are interchangeable, but tyres are directional. So you can flip the rims across, but the tyres would run backwards.
