Premium Member peporter Posted May 22, 2015 Premium Member Share Posted May 22, 2015 Put this on the FJ, and it's a natural. It fits the passenger seat perfectly, and looks good doing it. Don't have any pics to share just yet, but when my saddle gets back from Seat Concepts, I will definitely post some pics. Cost $68 on Amazon. Highly recommended! Premium Member fanowater Posted September 5, 2015 Premium Member Share Posted September 5, 2015 I use the Nelson-Rigg CL2015 as a tail pack because I wanted the map pocket. Very happy with it too. 2015 FJ-09 2006 Triumph Daytona

Premium Member fanowater Posted September 5, 2015 Premium Member Share Posted September 5, 2015 I did, but have not used it. I have just always carried a water bottle since I have to get off the bike to get to the tail pack anyway. 2015 FJ-09 2006 Triumph Daytona

Very happy with it too.Very interesting. Did you get the Hydro-Pac also? So I have decided to use the tank bag as a tank bag for this trip and will try out the Hydro-Pac. I mostly wanted my camera handier for quick pic's when I didn't want to have to get off the bike. 2015 FJ-09 2006 Triumph Daytona
Premium Member fanowater Posted December 20, 2015 Premium Member Share Posted December 20, 2015 I just picked up the CL-1060-ST and find it to be a perfect fit for the tail seat as well. The look is so clean. It really suits the FJ! This will be perfect for summer overnighters or 3 day rides. Spring rides I will just add the tank bag to have all the room needed. Premium Member rocklinmike Posted January 1, 2016 Premium Member Share Posted January 1, 2016 Have the same bag. Looks like it was designed for the FJ. Like that you can fasten it to the seat. Easy to remove the seat with bag attached. Holds quite a bit of STUFF and the faux carbon fiber suits the bike. Very happy with it! swoody
If you are asking @Peporter, what tank bad is in his profile pic... It is the SW-Motech evo engage tank bag. A proprietary ring is mounted on the gas tank ring. And the tank bag has a quick release mechanism to take it on/off. http://www.revzilla.com/motorcycle/sw-motech-quick-lock-evo-engage-non-electric-tank-bag http://www.revzilla.com/motorcycle/sw-motech-quick-lock-evo-tankring-adapter-kit-yamaha-fj-09-2015-2016

Premium Member 2and3cylinders Posted August 9, 2016 Premium Member Share Posted August 9, 2016 I have the N-R tail bag and mini-tank bag and think they are both super. Their Sport molded side cases are very good too. In the end I added the Shad 3P mounts and their excellent SH36 side cases, and was able to install their FJ-09 top case mount and base plate with for their wonderful SH46 top case coincident with their 3P side case brackets. http://imgur.com/a/G7keT
stevesweetz
Yup, perfect tail bag. Pricey, but very good build quality. My only very nitpicky gripe is that I wish the branding was a little more discreet. There's a small Nelson Rigg nameplate on the "lid" and that's fine, but it also has bigger Nelson Rigg embroidered text on the reflective handle going across the back of the bag. Like do they really need their name on their twice within 6 inches of each other and one of them to light up at night?
