desertfjr Posted October 18, 2015 Share Posted October 18, 2015 A couple of weeks ago on another forum of which I am a member another member made us aware of an abandoned pair of Candy Red FJR saddlebags in the Mpls/St Paul area. I was moved by his plea to rescue these lost saddlebags. I was able to get them before they ended up abandoned on a dusty shelf in a dark garage or worse. We all know that kids do much better with parents, preferably two. Well I am pleased to announce that today the saddlebags have been placed with new parents! I bring you Left and Right Saddlebag and their new parents!!! Here are the proud new parents... Here is a glamour shot with the new parents... A closeup of the cute little bagger... And a final shot of the family all together now... The new bike will end up being a commuter for me and will allow my son to comfortably ride along with me on my longer journeys into the western deserts in the summer. We also enjoy a fair amount of letter road riding in the driftless area of Wisconsin. I am in the MSP area, Lakeville to be exact.
