Its templated off of another one I found for kawasakis. I've done my best to work out any formula errors but if anyone would like to give it a shot or has suggestions feel free. Only reason I remembered is because I'm doing mine today. patrickjs5 Posted May 18, 2017 Share Posted May 18, 2017 Thanks for sharing; great spreadsheet. My biggest issue with this (and other) maintenance table(s) is the "DO THIS - Check" column. What does it mean to check certain parts? When I check the clutch, I make sure the free play is good and nothing is awry. However, I am in no way a mechanic, and often times my "checking" of a part does nothing because I don't know what to check for. Any resources that break down the various parts of regular maintenance for the average joe like me? I work on my bike as best I can, but if I'm being honest, I get myself in over my head occasionally. With my last bike, I manage to strip the oil drain plug threads out of the oil pan, then snap off some exhaust mounting points when trying to remove the oil pan.
