  • 2 weeks later...
The dealer installed the rears of the LED turn signals (with integrated brake and running lights) today. They are CE certified, but I'm puzzelled since they don't seem to comply with lighting regulations...

Anyway, here they are:

Does anyone know if these are available in the UK? or if they Are Legal to use in the UK?
they are listed in the UK Accessory catalogue for just under £50 - any Yamaha dealer could order them or just put the part no YME-W0789-00-00 in google and see the options that come up for mail order e.g. http://yamabits.co.uk/yamaha-led-flashers-3054.html who are offering a discount

IMHO those are not the ones which are mentioned on the pictures in the threat...These page contains the partnumber and would be the ones: http://www.mt09.nl/product/5627/Yamaha-Led%20knipperlichten%20met%20remlicht.html
My recommendation would be to go with Kellerman blinkers...they are cheaper and much brighter than the Yamaha ones...
And I've had already 2 sets which were both not waterproof.... :|

the link I gave is for the ones mentioned in the original post, part no. YME-W0789-00-00 - I didn't notice the thread had swerved to describe alternatives...

There seems to be a bit of confusion at the moment. since I sort of bumped the post... what I am after is the indicators with inbuilt daytime running lights.

the Kellermans look great match the bike much better, but the price is per indicator as opposed to pair and then you need to buy the resistors or relays.
I have emailed my dealer to see if he can get hold of a price of the Yamaha indicators and I will take it from there.
