1eden
So today my belowed lady in red refused to take me to work... oddly the immobiliser light on the dash flashes more frequently and you can't hear the fuel pump when trying to start the engine? Before, it happened 1-2 times but after few tries she would start but today she simply refused to cooperate. Any thoughts ideas on it? (back in the past I noticed that during the ride the immobiliser light would come on suddenly) So far I have checked the following: - fuses - battery connectors - fuel hose connectors (to be checked again) - have checked other keys as thought that maybe they are faulty not sure what else left to be checked... have tried before to access diagnostic mode but now somehow can't access anymore For the reference there is a short video attached. For the reference there is a short video attached. I have seen them become uncoded before..
skipperT
The bank angle sensor may be intermittently thinking the bike has turned over, and killing the fuel pump. Or security related as you suggested. Weak batteries can do some wonky things as well. -Skip

1eden
issue resolved... whoop whooooooop! It was nothing to do with the key/battery or immobiliser... one of the connectors on the right side of the bike, next to the relays was extremely corroded inside - a bit of cleaning/reconecting and it works like a charm - happy days!
