  1. Hi can you change my user name from "Farm Force" to "Turd Ferguson"

  2. Insane! Check out Cycle Trader. There is a dealer in Ca selling bew T9GT for 11,900 right now and others across the nation coming down in the 12 k range. I drove 1080 miles from NC to Cleveland to pick mine up.
  3. Who (admin) can help me to change my user name? Thnaks!!
  4. The '23 T9GT+ has an improved QS (Gen 3) where now you can down shift at any throttle setting and do not need to close the throttle before a downshift as on the current Gen2 QS. That is a significant improvement of the utility of the QS!
  5. My second bike (after my GT250) was a 1975 Reimo GT750 (famous German Suzi GT tuner in the day). Mildly warmed over to 82 hp. This pic was taken in early 1978 when I just got her.
  6. I am 61 now and been riding since I was 16 .... I can tell you YES, my riding skills have diminished noticeably since my 30s and 40s, but I also have cooled down a whooooooooooole lot form those days. So I am all good. I just LOOVE getting my 16 year old son introduced to the sport! Just got him a KTM 200 Duke for starters.
  7. I think the display and the much improved QS Gen 2 are the items that would interest me most. Radar cruise? Eff that!
  8. Well, it's true ... the reason is that US people are the dumbest lot on earth when it comes to money ... List price of a bike here is the starting point; then B.O.H.I.C.A sets in: add $850 in freight, $400-800 in "Dealer set up costs" and $500 in documentation fees. On top of that sales tax on everything. CONGRATULATIONS! You've enjoyed being BF'd and welcomed it! e.G. On BMW GS bikes the dealers here mark them up $2 to $3k PLUS those fees and the bikes are sold before they are assembled in the shop. American customers love to bend over and take it up the rear end; then go online and complain about inflation and socialism. W_T_F! We are the dumbest nation on earth. So why would dealers provide loaners or let you test ride a bike. No need! We pay any price up our @$$es. Insane here. We Americans a dumber than $#!t when it comes to money!
  9. Move on ... buy something else and spare us the whining
  10. I continue to immensely enjoy my '22 T9GT I bought for $12,249 at the end of September ... was lucky ... delaer had gotten delivery of 7 redline T9GT and was worried he wouldn't sell them before winter so he knocked $3k off, sold four including mine and then raised the price to $13,999 again .... anyways ... if I had to shop for a bike again today I probably would go with the Suzi GSX-s 1000 GT+
