  1. I got it several years ago from a local dealer, but Revzilla has it on closeout now...here linky Might I add that I ride rain or shine, including downpours where the roads flood and I shouldn't be riding and this jacket does fine. I think that's partially the jacket , but mostly my stubbornness. 8-)
  2. I currently have a Dainese Air Frame jacket. It's my only jacket and I use it for three season riding in New England, which is as low as 40 degrees Fahrenheit up to over 100 degrees Fahrenheit. My only complaints with it are the liner uses stupid snap and loops to attach it to the shell and with the liner in, it allows as much breathing as a plastic bag.
  3. I have a Shoei Neotech, but that is tempting...
  4. Got a link? Link are very important, so others can buy too! http://www.m.powerbronzeusa.com/productdetails.aspx?OBJ_ID=37045648
  5. I did it, I ordered the beak... May the gods have mercy
  6. That looks nice... Anyone want to buy my arrow system? Lol
  7. Mine is flashed for the Arrow by 2wheeldynoworks, and is still slowly exhibiting this hesitation/surging as I drive it more. I never did the throttle body sync, maybe I'll do that this fall during off season maintenance.
  8. Agreed 100%. Love my Neotec! I used to wear only Arai because of their fantastic comfort and fit on my mid-oval head. But the Neotec matches it, then adds the drop down visor and convenience of a modular. I'll add to that, I've had my neotech for about 12,000 miles between my previous svf650 and this bike and I have nothing but praise for it. I never go back to a non modular helmet, it's way too convenient. The quality difference between this one and my previous is astounding.
  9. Lookie what I got in the mail today Here it is vs the Calsci shorty I was using. Ride report to follow soon.
  10. Added a ram mount for my phone so I can use it as a GPS for this season's adventures. I also got a charger for my phone that should keep it powered for the day. I'll play around with where I mount it, but for now this seamed to work. I'd love to figure out a way to mount it just above the gauge cluster behind the windshield. That may be a little project or a later time.
  11. How was calsci with returning the windshield after it was used? I didn't get any change in noise after my tinted shorty
  12. Added the knuckle guard LEDs wired into the running lights and turn signals and I wired in the flash2pass off my old sv650. Since I had no luck with a service manual for this bike I went looking for other options. The new R1 uses the same led lighting system and I was able to find a service manual for that online. The wiring diagram for lighting matched of so I was able figure out which wires to tap into to make it all work.
  13. I bought the calsci short wind shield and am sorry to say it didn't do a darn thing for me. If I strain really hard and try to stick my torso up and then truck my chin to my chest the noise is almost gone. It must be a combo of where my head is in the air stream and hitting under my helmet to make all the noise. I am 5'11" with a 30" inseam and my helmet is a Shoei Neotec for reference.
