The R/M1 aint too shabby in WSK either!  It's just that Toprik & Gerkoff keep screwing up!

P-man just got blocked after the finish line and took himself out rather than hit the stupid dick who slowed way down; and the marshals and corner workers didn't lift a finger to help him!!!  What the f-ck is that about!  Cuz he speaks Amurikun funny and is on a pizza bike?

Can you tell I'm PO'd?  Petrux is such a nice guy and really a normal type who was given few breaks and made the most of it.  Plus he's human sized, like 6 feet+ and not an alien jockey.

Yup that really peeved me too. I won't be surprised if he doesn't come back after he recovers.

I was in a dealer in Asheville N.C. last weekend and looked at the T7 they had on the floor. If one was leaning toward a lot more off road type riding it looked like it would fit the bill well.  It was just too minimalist for my current riding style.  Tall and narrow seat doesn't look like it would be comfortable for hours on end riding. Not much wind or weather protection as well.

    What year was that T7?

    FJ?

In the US, the Tracer was called "FJ-09" from 2015 until what... 2018? 2019? something along those lines. Then Yamaha brought the US naming convention inline with the rest of the world. Many of us with the early model bikes are in the habit of referring to the whole lot as "FJ" because of this.

That's almost word for word of what the mechanic said!  You're all over it 2and 3. 🙂

On another note, I found that when doing my throttle body sync the white screw no longer cut it as master so now I've got a new 'master'.  Was 3 and now 2.  I noticed at the last sync it was very marginal but now enough of a change in the vacuum to warrant the switch.

  5. Dave is a great guy. Used to talk with him frequently when I lived in the area. I've had him work on my bikes too. Always a great improvement!

He's fast as hell on the track too. He was on a 400 (maybe a 450 cripple triple?) and I thought I was doing well keeping up on my SV650. Turns out it was his warm-up lap. 2nd lap in he was gone.
