Mine wobbles when u reach around the 70km/h mark on the stock D222s. Changed my tyres to T31's Solved the issue.
alot are reporting the same issue. A tyre change will solve it.
The tyre is the problem. But YMMV

Me and 3 other of my friends took advantage of the 10% that was given and ordered thru chromeburner. Got it within 5 days as well
I installed the seat in the lower position, and yes. It seems much lower than the stock 900/GT seats
I'm about 5'7 and have a 32" inseam. The lower seat seems to mitigate the sloping quite abit (was previously on the high setting on the stock seat)
and i also share the same sentiments as @metallion about the pegs feeling closer than the high seat. (i'm on the replica china FJR pegs)
Overall the seat looks top quality and am happy with the price that was purchased at.
Hi Guys, would like to do an in depth review of the bagster seats, owed them for about 3 weeks.
TL;DR: Bultex is very soft. So soft that i could feel the seat pan. Couldn't find it comfortable at all.
For reference i'm about 5"7 (174cm) and have a 32" inseam.
They are soft. Much softer than the stock. So soft that i felt that my butt sinks into the seat pan. I never felt comfortable on it at all. i kept fidgeting to find a right spot. I just couldn't.
Low seat on the Bultex eliminates the sloping issue. The high was neither here nor there. I just couldn't have it in the high position at all.
Every morning when i get onto the bike, the initial feel was always good. But after a 5-10min ride. I just kept moving and moving trying to find a right spot to sit in, just never could.
I've sold it and now I'm back to the stock high seat. Although it feels much harder/firmer, it suits my butt much better. And i feel much more at home with the stock seat in the high position.
Finally for the only pro i can think of is that it looks so much nicer on the bike. But the cons outweights the pros.
My 2c. Feel free to hit me up with any questions

Hi, did you change the springs when you did the "cart" upgrade previously?
My take on this is you should service the forks and get the correct weight springs if it was not previously done, since you already have the compression/rebound and preload adjustments. That is basically a cartridge.
my 2cents hope this helps.

Bought myself a bagster as well. The seat pan looks like its 3d printed? thoughts?

GP46: I could take some pictures but they would look the same as the ones that Wordsmith posted on his writeup on the Bagster seat. As for now, I would say it doesn't help with the pain in the tailbone, but like I said and to Wordsmith's point, I have only gone 45 miles on it. I hope to get out and ride some more this week while I'm off work.
quaxom: I ride with mine in the high position, as I have fairly long legs and a shorter torso, lol.
Wordsmith: I will be riding some more and hoping for it to get more comfortable, I was just hoping for your "Love at first sit", but it does look very nice on the bike.
You might wanna try the low position. I was told apparently it helps with the sloping abit.

I just received my new Bagster seat (Ready Luxe with bultex),I installed it on my Tracer, looks nice, no issues, but was disappointed in the comfort after riding it about 45 miles. It helps with the forward lean some, but it seemed to me that it was more the material type holding me in place as there was still some lean in it. As far as padding, it almost seems like the oem seat has more. Maybe I just have a bony butt! I'm 5'11, 175lbs. YMMV
High or low position?

You are right.
I have the GT and its Euro 4 it should be the 14228.

Changed em out at about 10k ish KMs. Found a few o-rings to be broken when replacing the chain.
Surprisingly, the QC felt smoother with a new chain on. YMMV

Hello All,
My Madstad arrived the other day and I can't wait to try it out. I'm 6'3" with a 34' inseam and went with 26" screen. Easy install and talk about a big screen! Barn door for sure. I will use this for highway and long trips.
I took the tip from another member and installed the stock screen to the madstad brackets to see how that would work for city riding. Spring riding weather can't come soon enough!
Be safe out there.
Pictures if possible! 😁

Hey Bugs - I did take a peek at that Madstad site. It looks a little pricey. I suppose that's because it comes with its own mount, right? But I suppose if it is a sturdier mount than the OEM (taller screens seem to create more shake on it), & with added adjustability, it could be worth it. I do like the ability to return it if its a bust for me. Thanks for your help. Will take another look at it.
it is def worth it. get it.

Very nice ... What size / thread RAM ball works best for mounting to the Madstad bracket?

What are the general consensus?
I've always liked pivot pegs and wanted to get them, but seems like they didn't make it for the tracer. And i'm really glad that they now have it for our bikes.
I've tried it on dirt bikes and they really feel awesome and natural.I'm currently on the china replica footpegs and am thinking of switching to these.
What say u guys?

Can you also fit other windscreens on the madstad system? Or are the holes so completely different that you can't drill them in other screens
holes are different. You can drill other screens to it.

Not a bad price for a quality full exhaust. It appears there is a small cannister of some sort in the pipe just ahead of the exhaust can. Not sure what the purpose of that would be??
It should be for the emissions and acts like a cat I guess?
Its crazy expensive here in Singapore. Our exhaust regulations are very strict & the dealership takes advantage of the suituation as well. oh well.
