@Cruizin I think I came across some rizoma stuff like these as well, don’t think they have drl option on them.

Been searching for a bang for buck led blinker plus dry set up. Either it’s the awesome but Expensive Yamaha OEM indicators at around 150 or it’s the cheap eBay no good stuff selling for 10 to 20 bucks. Has anybody found any good all Choice right in the middle, like bright enough , quality enough but not super expensive. Saw couple but they don’t seem to have drl function.

@prn please update so in future it helps others as well

@TracerDoc - here you go. You simply slide the OEM metal clips off and replace with the screws highlighted
Awesome, seems pretty easy. Let’s beak up
-
@bugie anyway you could post an underside pic of the beak at the attachment points?
-
Time to beak up I guess

Depends on your financial situation and tendency to keep bike longer or freq “changer”
difference between trading in or selling to getting new vs spending money to update old will be around 4k after all expenses. If you tend to keep the bike longer and financially able to swing that much money it’s definitely worth it. It’s not just add on the swing arm length and frame changes etc is well worth it. Plus all new bike with new suspension new tires etc all add up to catch up with cost over the long term.

Do you know or are you aware if by any chance this will fit the 2019 Tracer900?
Any one beaked the 2018+ tracer and tracer GT yet?
Under the front the fastener location looks different to me. But I am just a mediocre DIY guy.

Anyone know if this fits with the Higdonion trail cage?
Hi, have you figured out if the cage fits with this exhaust?
Any one with this exhaust there is prolly no option to remove baffles from exhaust right?

Thank you for sharing this heart felt story. I shared it with my love, life, wife and long time best friend and best riding partner. How fragile is life is only felt when we realize and look at the price others pay to put the pieces back together.
Keep riding my friend ... keep on riding

If you take the screen off, and the screen mount underneath, there are four spare terminals for you to plug accessories into. They are inside a wide, plastic, flexible tube. Just pull them and decide whether you are going to try and source the equivalent mating sockets, or just cut them off and put your own connectors on.
Awesome, thank you. Now for www search to see if any female / male socket to match.

The search of old topics mentions about an aux access under the fairing and need a connector like these
Motorcycle MT .090 Sealed Series - Connector and Terminals
WWW.CYCLETERMINAL.COMSumitomo - HM Sealed(Mounting Bracket type) and MT Sealed type Connectors for .090 - 2.3mm Terminal. These Connector s...is it still the same on new GT?

Tried searching most results were older I could pull up.
Any oem aux port we can use for power for lights in GT
any bang for buck fog/aux lights you guys using/ like? Don’t want to spend $$$ which I might only use 3-5 times whole year.

You can buy the blue decals that are on the tank and apply them in a creative way on the side bag lids.
Where to buy them?

@fjrpittsburgh agree with everything he said. I had a 2006 fjr. Tweaked it to be as sporty as possible still it’s a heavy bike and the limits are not much. Unless you plan to do lot of 2 up long distance touring I think GT is capable of doing everything the fj does and much much better to move through twisties and inside your garage.
@fjrpittsburgh are you from Pittsburgh PA? I live about 45 mins from there close to ohio border. Once winter breaks may be we can have GT party

Awesome thanks! I was going to post this same question a few days ago. Thinking about painting some pinstripes on my saddlebags. Plain black saddlebags just looks like it's missing something on this bike.
I have the same idea haha plus some other bits

The wheels are DPBM15 which is Yamaha Deep Purple Blue Metallic. It may also be called DPBMC. I've just bought some touch-up paint in that colour. The side panels are BWM2.
You can get all the paint code info from the Yamaha online parts catalogue:
If you select the part you're interested in, for example the wheels, there is a "Remarks" button in the part list that you can click on. It then gives you the paint code or other relevant additional information.

Aesome CS, thank you. Where did u get touch up paint from?

Day time running light
@wordsmith ty, will give it a try. Yes, I always give the eBay stuff a try and never dismiss without an attempt. Lot of good results . The blinker I just installed one yesterday. Looks good but not bright enough if suns out and shiny
