No real hindrance, especially if you have a flat tyre on the road. Bright torch too and it means the motor has plenty of oomph. Neat little zip up case will fit under the seat. It took under a minute to get from 36psi to 42psi which is much the same as my old unit. As with many other air-lines, it is easier to get the nozzle on using the 90 degree adapter for the rear tyre especially. The box & pouch are sat on an A4 pad. That plus my tools and spare chain master link will get me out of any non-crash situation. Took about 5 minutes to plug the tire from centerstand down to centerstand up. Directions are laminated in plastic......for reading in the rain.
